Tilly’s Tea Rooms is a hidden gem, located at the rear of Mr Grumpy’s Old Fashioned Sweet Shop, in one of Chipping Ongar’s oldest buildings.
You can relax with a cream tea or an afternoon tea for two in our large garden area or just meet up for a light lunch with friends. Tilly’s Tea Rooms is a firm favourite & meeting place for walkers & cyclists alike. We have a dedicated childrens menu, which includes a child size afternoon tea.
