We offer One to One Laughter Coaching,Workshops, and Group Laughter and Relaxation sessions.
The Group Laughter and Relaxation sessions are based on Laughter Yoga and combine gentle stretching, yogic breathing, and laughter exercises.
One to One Laughter Coaching offers clients a bespoke programme. consisting of weekly sessions over an 8 week period.
Workshops will be posted on website.
